I implemented support for unicode lexicons like webster. Also the entries 
will now show up correctly. Parallel display should work too.

Another change: per-module font configuration was cancelled, now we only 
configure one normal display font and one font for modules with UTF-8 
encoding. You can try to use clearlyu for example.

P.S. looks like the locale bug is a sword problem. Chris is going to look at 
it soon.
