[bt-devel] Missing file:backend/creferencemanager.cpp

I forgot to mention:

Please anyone who has no chages in the code that need to be checked in, 
delete an re-checkout the main bibletime module. Otherwise there will be 
files left (e.g. Makefile.in) in directories that I removed in cvs, because 
these files are not in cvs. Will save you disk space.
