[bt-devel] Some suggestions on displaysettings button

Hi Martin!

I implemented the saving of the displaysettings button state 
in profiles.
Not much overload, really!

Now some suggestions how to improve the button:
	-Add an icon
	-Do not hide the button if the menu is empty - call setEnabled(false) instead
