[bt-devel] bug submission

Hi all!  I still am unable to post bugs on Sourceforge.  I did committ some 
changes to the coptionsdialog files earlier today though.  For now, I have 
commented out the code related to the apply button.  The code looks pretty 
straight forward, so I am assuming that this is a KDE-related issue (will 
research this more later--all the functionality in the button was inherited 
from one of the KDE classes).  

I am submitting a bug report on sourceforge, and hopefully I will be able to 
get this straighted out.
