Once again, the code to remote install is in the linux version, but
commented out for lack of my knowledge of an ftp library under linux.
I'm sure there are some, but I don't know how to use any. The actual
code to ftp the files from crosswire is small and isolated, so this
would be an easy upgrade for someone that could convert them to a linux
lib.
