Hi Brook and others,

I don't know who of you tested the static binary in non-KDE evironments.
It would be really great if you could give us some results if possible.

I want the static release to be bugproof (at least no bugs related to
the static build), because I want to use it far PR.
E.g. there could be a slashdot article "fist KDE program to run without
KDE".

P.S. the static build will be kindof a "missionary" version of BT.  ;))
