Actually I'm working on static binaries that have kde and qt compiled in 
staticly. But these should not work on windows. However the cygwin people 
have ported kde 1.2 to windows and are working on kde2.2 next. At this time 
it amy relativly easy to compile this on a windows box not sure about macos.
