[bt-devel] Handbook for version 1.0

I downloaded  the CVS today using
$HOME/.bashrc:
export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@cvs.crosswire.org:/cvs/bibletime
cvs -z3 checkout bibletime-2 #checkout BibleTime for KDE2
and did not find the docbook file you  mentioned in the message below.  Was I
looking in the correct CVS tree?
