[bt-devel] Handbook in Dockbook

I have added a new directory under /bibletime-2/bibletime/docs/en/handbook
to the CVS tree

This contains all of the information in the file previously posted by Joachim
Ansorg.  The single file is now 5 files separated at chapters.  They can be
modified individually.  Please see the readme for some hints that will make
editing easier.

The resulting html files are also included.

For picture files, kde.org recommends that .png files be used.  gimp will do
screen capture and save to .png
I suggest that the maximum compression setting be used unless this degrades the
appearance of the screenshots.
