I have just completed uploading a slightly revised version of the draft bible
time handbook.

The files are posted in   /bibletime-2/bibletime/docs/en/handbook

The dockbook files have been broken into several chunks.  If you want to
process the dockbook files into HTML, use the command   kdb2html
./bt_hdbk.docbook

The resulting html files are posted to ./HTML

If you add material please post pictures to ./handbook/common  The file
./HTML/common is sent to ./junk when kdb2html is run.
