I now made more fixes, reparsed the english files and commited them to cvs 
too, as well as the documentation-links.html, which Fred had accidentially 
overwritten.

If you make changes to these documents, please keep in mind that the english 
html files must always be in a good state in cvs, because www.bibletime.de 
points to them via webcvs. I rearranged the left navigation bar because it 
didn't work with the new doc system. Joachim, I hope you like it. ;)

I shall now remove unnecessary documentation at sourceforge.
