[bt-devel] Startup shell script

I just added a shell script for starting bibletime.
Reason for this is that I was unable to get the desktop to work properly
when I set the environment variables with .bashrc
This seems to work.

/bibletime/bibletime.start

It sets the enviroment variables and launches bibletime.

It should go into the default path, somewhere like /usr/bin

Please add it to the makefile.
