This is strange!
On my SuSE I'm also using 2.3.0 and it works very well.
I noticed this line in your compile commands: -L/usr/lib/qt-2.2.1/lib .
It looks like you have an old Qt somewhere on your disk (in 
/usr/lib/qt-2.2.1/). Please make sure you have the headers of 2.3.0 and no 
old ones on your system.

Your Qt looks broken, maybe this was caused by the old libs and headers.
