How should they be sorted?

Edit the toolbar in the Settings menu.
But we can change the standard toolbar.

It's a standard KDE icon.

Done some days ago. Remove your config file to get the correct ones.

No.

No.

No.

Not possible. The colors are applied by the filters of Sword.

I do also have this bug sometimes, don't know why.
