I actually talked to the TrollTech guys at BorCon this year. They are
working pretty closely with borland on this latest release so that they
might facilitate the Kylix project. I told them about our project and
they told be that they would give us either a substantially reduced
developers license, or a complimentary license. We only need to have 1
dev license to be legal. There is no per distribution fee.
