Standard Textbook Answer Number 42: go port it yourself!
Seriously, Trolltech can do whatever they want or don't want with their
own software. If they don't offer a GPL/QPL Windows version, your only
recourse is to port it yourself, or find someone else willing to do it.
I have every confidence that Qt developers are smarter, brighter and
better educated than GTK developers (he said putting on his asbestos
integument). So if GTK developers could port GTK to Windows, then there
is no reason that Qt developers could not do the same.
