Hi!

I committed some big changes to the CVS. Parts of the printing stuff is done 
(e.g. styleseditor has basic layout ...). But almost everything doesn't work 
yet.

The different classes of BibleTime do now get a pointer to a struct 
containing some important pointers to important classes (e.g. backend, 
printer). This change was necessary to introduce the possibility to let the 
classes add itensa to the printer queue.
