[bt-devel] QT Headers

I have reloaded my system, and I have lost track of the commands needed to
link qrichtxt_p.h etc to compile BT properly.  Joachim, could you remind
me?

A comment:

Since these files aren't linked by default, and distributions (at least RH
6.2) that include QT 2.1 don't include these files at all in their default
installation, we may want to create our own headers including the subset we
need.  Otherwise, it appears that each user must have the QT development
environment to use our product, and this is probably asking a bit too much.

I have updated to RH 6.2 in order to fully facilitate easily moving to KDE2
some time in the next few beta cycles.
