[bt-devel] Imprtant Makefile change

Hi!

I decided that we mage our Makefiles manually.
This was necessary because:
	-we want to use all the new KDE2 Makefile.am tags without probnlems
	-use the new super fast Makefile creation
	-get rid of moc problems
	-KDevelop isn't powerful enough

This evening I'll commit changes which introduces a new cool Makefile creation meachnism. The Makefiles are now created very fast by configure.
