Try checking out www.bibletime.de On there it explains about ho to get
kde cvs. but basically it's because they don't use cvs. It's like cvs
but different. There is probably a windows client to get the cvs tree.
Not sure I've only done it under linux. Under linux it's a whole
different client also.
