Before I inserted the code to save the settings, they were not being saved
on my system.  I basically copied what 0.2x does.  I am not writing the
values directly.

I am using:

	key_accel->setKeyDict( *dict);	
	key_accel->writeSettings(config);

Should I just use the first line and skip the second, or is this
appropriate as is?

I was planning to check it in shortly, let me know if it should be changed.
