[bt-devel] CVS for KDE2 version

There is now a working CVS version for a minimum KDE2 project.
I added all the stuff we had to configure.in plus the doc dir and the
pics dir. To compile you can use the build script (either set the path
or links according or create your own which you should not put in CVS or
with a different name or generic).

The CVS project name is bibletime-2.
