[bt-devel] Hexadecimal Colors

The options dialog now saves colors in hexadecimal format.

The program still doesn't read hexadecimal (perhaps tomorrow), so when the
dialog entry is called, all values must be set and saved, or else you will
end up with a lot of black.  You may have to actually reselect all colors
before any time that apply or ok are clicked...

Like I say, this should be completed tomorrow.
