[bt-devel] New / removed files

I'm maintaining tham manually (look at Makefile.am).

But you won't see the icons until a small bug in BarIcon() is fixed.
I think this day or tomorrow.

They are installed in $KDEDIR/share/icons/locolor/toolbars/
AFAIK it's the new way of KDE2 to install the toolbar icons.
