[bt-devel] Bug in BT Installation

I found a bug in the installation routine.  The sword.conf file that is created
from the bibletime installation routine (I don't know if it's from 0.2x or 0.3)
is bad.

It should contain the line '[Install]' and it doesn't.  Neither BT 0.3 nor BT
0.2 will load the modules without it.  It will work without the line if you
manually export the SWORD_PATH environment variable (as it should).

I tried to find the source of the error, but I couldn't.  Anyway, it should be
a quick fix.
