1) You need to chose the font for the Bibles. The default font might not
contain Hebrew and then show up as squares. Chose Ezra and things should
be fine for Hebrew.
2) There is one way to override the Application default font - this is
done by inserting a preferred font declaration into the module config
file. Some module shave this now already most don't. If you are happy to
do this by hand, do it. This can save you a lot of grief if you have
several Bibles with incompatible fonts.
3) DM is working on making the font declaration individualised for each
Bible, but this is not yet there.
4) There is an ongoing issue with fonts in parallel view. By sorting and
resorting your Bibles you can sometimes have difficulties displaying
them and sometimes things work out fine. This is a known bug of the new
parallel feature
