[bd-users] Nightly build

There is a problem with the webstart file for the nightly build 
(http://www.crosswire.org/bibledesktop/nightly/bibledesktop.jnlp). At 
the top of the file it references bibledesktop-1.0.8.jnlp, which does 
not exist. If you save the file locally and remove -1.0.8, javaws can 
start the nightly build correctly.
