[bd-users] Removing Bible Desktop

I'm going to need to take a better look at this before I can give a
definate answer; when JNLP creates a 'link' on OS X it actually
creates an application bundle.  I'm not entirely sure whether it does
clever things like caching the app within the bundle, or whether it
uses a common cache for all the user's apps like the Windows / Linux
versions of JNLP do.

If the app has been loaded once via webstart, if you click on the
webstart link again, it should run the application again without
needing to download.  Try it, and let me know what happens.

I'm nipping out for a bit; I'll try and take a better look at this
later this evening.
