[bd-users] [New User] Error Message in Sword Properties

I am trying to configure my new Bible Desktop; I changed the search 
path and can't restore defaults (don't know them).  Now I get an error 
message:

"An error has occurred - no description available."

Under details I find:  
org.crosswire.common.config.pathchoice.ConvertToString()

When I select that line, it says below "No file".

HELP!  I can't find any help online regarding this.
