[bibledesktop] BibleDesktop 1.0.6 is released

We have just released BibleDesktop 1.0.6

Most notably it now supports GenBooks like Calvin's Institutes and  
the Complete Works of Josephus. There will probably be some more work  
that needs to be done here (such as getting rid of the redundant  
titles.) To make a GenBook readable you will want to widen it's  
display area.

There is a new option to have Commentaries be listed along with  
Bibles. This allows you to index and search commentaries.

There also is the beginning of a translation into German and Farsi.  
(There is a problem with Java displaying some Farsi characters. We  
are aware of this and are trying to persuade Sun to fix it.) If you  
can help finish these translations that would be great.

If you run Windows you probably will notice that indexing a Bible is  
much faster.
