Go Bible Viewer For Mobile Phones
Go Bible is a micro-Bible reader for J2ME (Java Micro Edition) enabled phones originally started with the fantastic work of Jolon Faichney.
There are several websites dedicated to providing Go Bible MIDlets in many different languages.

Go Bible Creator version 2.4.1 was released – a maintenance update to fix an issue relating to making the internal manifest. No changes to the Go Bible viewer.
- 8th October 2010
Work began on the symscroll branch of the GoBibleCore – to provide full support for touch screen only phones, and to add other new features. This is still at the testing stage, not yet released.

Go Bible Creator version 2.4.0 was released – thanks to the programming work by Dan Hinton.
- 19th September 2008
CrossWire Bible Society adopted the Go Bible project.
We recognised the importance of mobile phones and thought Go Bible was the best match for the Java ME framework.
We therefore decided to host the source code here at CrossWire, and work at adding new features.
David Haslam agreed to be the project leader.
